Ihre Aufgaben

  • As CEO Americas, you are responsible for the regional market in North and South America for a German company. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Management and leadership of the company.
  • Establishment and development of the distributor network.
  • Acquisition and development of key accounts.
  • Responsibility for strategy and revenue growth in the Americas.
  • Developing the brand and brand strategy in the Americas.
  • Managing and actively developing operational business processes.
  • Developing the company’s operations, supply chain, and services within the corporate group.
  • Overall responsibility for the company’s finances and P&L.

Ihr Profil

  • Relevant professional experience in a similar role with senior-level leadership experience
  • Proven track record of success in business growth and organizational development
  • Relevant experience in the lubricants, chemicals, or automotive aftermarket sector in the United States
  • A college degree or equivalent qualification
  • A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of initiative
  • Strong customer focus and a professional appearance
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
