Als Consultant SAP HCM betreuen Sie Kunden bei der Implementierung von SAP und der Migration nach SAP S/4HANA

Location:

Alternatively Düsseldorf (Home Office up to 100%) or Nordrhein-Westfalen (Home Office 100%)

Type of Contract:

Permanent position at our client; no staff leasing

Your Duties

  • Als Consultant SAP HCM betreuen Sie Kunden bei der Implementierung von SAP und der Migration nach SAP S/4HANA
  • Sie verantworten das Customizing des Systems und schulen die Key User
  • Sie nehmen Kundenwünsche und -anforderungen auf und prüfen sie hinsichtlich ihrer Umsetzbarkeit
  • Sie erstellen Konzepte und setzen diese mit SAP um
  • Sie unterstützen die Kunden bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Prozesse und zeigen ihnen neue Wege auf
  • Die Aufgaben erledigen Sie je nach Volumen und Komplexität alleine oder als Projektleiter eines Projektteams

Your profile

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung für SAP HCM (OM, PA, PY, PT)
  • Idealerweise haben Sie schon Erfahrung im Umfeld SAP S/4HANA, H4S4, SF Successfactors
  • Erfahrung im Customizing, Schemen und Regeln
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
