Dr. Eva Vesterling

Dr. Eva Vesterling leads the supervisory board of Vesterling AG as chairperson and the Vesterling Academy GmbH, which she founded, operationally as managing partner. Before joining the family business, Dr. Eva Vesterling successfully managed the business of renowned providers of vocational and academic education with up to 140 organisational and 820 lecturing staff for over a decade.

In an honorary capacity, Dr. Eva Vesterling has led an association with 10,000 members as the Federal Chairperson of the Junior Chamber of Commerce Germany. She is a senator of the JCI and today is involved, among other things, in the SME committee of the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce, the plenary assembly of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria. Dr. Eva Vesterling is a member of the federal board and regional chairwoman for Munich/South Bavaria of DIE FAMILIENUNTERNEHMER.

Klaus Tronsberg

Klaus Tronsberg, M. A. (Accounting & Finance), is a member of the supervisory board of Vesterling AG.

He was a tax auditor at the Munich tax office for over a decade. Since 1993 he has been a tax consultant and partner in the law firm Tronsberg – Stemmer – Tronsberg GbR. He was also a part-time lecturer in finance at the Herrsching University of Applied Sciences for several years.

Klaus Tronsberg is a member of the Munich Chamber of Tax Consultants, the Bavarian Association of Tax Consultants and Auditors and the German Association of Tax Consultants.

Andreas Meyer-Russer

Lt. Col. (ret.) Andreas Meyer-Russer is a member of the supervisory board of Vesterling AG.

He was an officer in the German Armed Forces between 1957 and 1986, commander of the Bavaria Barracks in Munich and most recently in the Armed Forces Personnel Office in Cologne, responsible for all reserve officers of the German Army. He can thus draw on extensive leadership experience and has received numerous awards.

From 1986 onwards, Andreas Meyer-Russer worked as an independent personnel consultant.

Dr. Eva Vesterling (née Fischer) leads the supervisory board of Vesterling AG as chairperson and the Vesterling Academy GmbH, which she founded, as managing partner. Vesterling AG places computer scientists and engineers in permanent positions, the Vesterling Academy trains them. With 50 employees, Vesterling serves 2,500 corporate clients and 300,000 candidates and has been on the market since 1995.

Before joining the family business, Dr. Eva Vesterling successfully managed the business of well-known providers of vocational and academic education for over a decade. She worked as a coordinator at the Bavarian Industry Training Centre and was managing director of the Centre for Distance Learning and University Continuing Education at the University of Koblenz-Landau and managing director of the IHK Akademie Schwaben. The latter comprised 140 employees in the organisation of continuing education and 820 lecturers at 11 locations as well as 20,000 continuing education participants annually. Dr. Eva Vesterling’s main areas of expertise are business administration, natural sciences and technical continuing education.

She completed her studies at the University of Passau with the title Magister Artium. Her Master’s thesis was on “Decision-making in the knowledge society”. She spent semesters abroad at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston (USA) and the Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg (France). Dr. Eva Vesterling completed her doctorate at the University of Passau on the topic of “Managing Diversity” as a scholarship holder of Siemens AG with professional assignments at the company’s headquarters in Munich, Sao Paulo (Brazil) and Mumbai (India).
