Als SAP HCM Systembetreuer betreuen Sie das SAP HCM - System ganzheitlich. Schwerpunkte sind dabei die Personalzeitwirtschaft SAP HCM PT und die Personalabrechnung SAP HCM PY.

Freiburg im Breisgau (Home Office up to 20%)

Type of Contract:

Permanent position at our client; no staff leasing

Your Duties

  • Als SAP HCM-PT / HCM-PY Systembetreuer betreuen Sie das SAP HCM - System ganzheitlich.
  • Schwerpunkte sind dabei die Personalzeitwirtschaft SAP HCM PT und die Personalabrechnung SAP HCM PY.
  • Sie beraten die Fachabteilung in allen Fragen rund um SAP z.B. mit Payroll, Abführung von Sozialversicherungsbeiträgen, Lohnsteueranmeldungen und in der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung ihrer HR-Prozesse.
  • Sie sorgen für das Reporting mit SAP BW / SAP SAC.

Your profile

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit SAP HCM
  • Idealerweise haben Sie auch Kenntnisse in SAP BW / SAP Analytics
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
