Als Microsoft M365 Systemverantwortlicher werden Sie in der Installation, Konfiguration und Optimierung der Microsoft M365 Produktpalette tätig.

Your Duties
- Als Microsoft M365 Systemverantwortlicher werden Sie in der Installation, Konfiguration und Optimierung der Microsoft M365 Produktpalette tätig. Zu den Aufgaben gehören:
- Durchführung von Fehlerbehebungen und Problemanalysen im Zusammenhang mit M365.
- Durchführung von IT Projekten (Projektplanung, Zielorientiertheit, Termintreue, Dokumentation).
- Administration, Support und Wartung der Server- und Applikationen.
- Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung erforderlicher Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
Your profile
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen M365, MS Intune, MS Entra ID, MS Exchange
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Asset- und Lifecycle Management (ITAM), Zertifikate, Lizenzen, Berechtigungskonzepte, ITSM
- Kenntnisse im Umfeld MS Windows Server, MS Windows Clients, MS SharePoint, JIRA, HPE Server Hardware, Netzwerke
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
