Head of Sales



A company supplying the German and U.S. automotive industry with complete solutions was looking for a new head of sales who would be in charge of distributing a software product and leading an international team of eight account managers. Increasing the company’s turnover in the automotive sector and finding new international markets in the field of mechanical engineering were goals that required a manager with leadership skills and an excellent command of English.


Four months later a candidate we had recommended to the company signed his employment contract with our client. His annual salary was € 150.000.
