As CEO for the Americas, you are responsible for the regional market in North and South America for a German company.

Your Duties
- As CEO Americas, you are responsible for the regional market in North and South America for a German company. Your key responsibilities include:
- Management and leadership of the company.
- Establishment and development of the distributor network.
- Acquisition and development of key accounts.
- Responsibility for strategy and revenue growth in the Americas.
- Developing the brand and brand strategy in the Americas.
- Managing and actively developing operational business processes.
- Developing the company’s operations, supply chain, and services within the corporate group.
- Overall responsibility for the company’s finances and P&L.
Your profile
- Relevant professional experience in a similar role with senior-level leadership experience
- Proven track record of success in business growth and organizational development
- Relevant experience in the lubricants, chemicals, or automotive aftermarket sector in the United States
- A college degree or equivalent qualification
- A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of initiative
- Strong customer focus and a professional appearance
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
