Your Duties
- As Sales Manager Defense, Scandinavia and Baltic States, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders and internal teams to drive the continued growth of unmanned systems technology in the region in the government sector.
- In this key role, you will work closely with marketing, product management, manufacturing and supply chain colleagues to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
- You will identify, contact and engage potential customers from the government sector to promote our client's solutions and services.
- Your responsibilities will include building and expanding strategic alliances in the government and defense sector as well as ongoing business development and acquisition through country-specific research and your network.
- This will also include building and maintaining a strong B2G network, building relationships in your assigned territories and acting as a key account manager for customers in your regions as their point of contact.
- You will lead sales activities and create customized marketing content, supported by the Marketing and Production departments.
- You will monitor market trends and competitors to anticipate opportunities and risks and plan, coordinate and execute promotional activities, e.g. customer events and product demonstrations.
Your profile
- More than five years of experience in the defense environment in Scandinavia or the Baltic States
- Negotiation experience with defense companies and / or in the field of military procurement
- Ability to manage RFI / RFP processes and prepare competitive bids
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of another Nordic language
- Willingness to travel
