Unser Klient ist eine zentrale Dienstleistungsorganisation mit Sitz in Wiesbaden, die rund 600 Mitarbeitende beschäftigt und Organisationen bei der Digitalisierung rund um SAP und das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen unterstützt.

Als SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant verantworten Sie die Weiterentwicklung des SAP HR - Systems inklusive Analyse, Design und Optimierung der HR-Prozesse.

Wiesbaden (Home Office up to 50%)

Your Duties

  • Als SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant verantworten Sie die Weiterentwicklung des SAP HR - Systems inklusive Analyse, Design und Optimierung der HR-Prozesse.
  • Dazu gehören die Konzeption und das Customizing von SAP-HCM-Lösungen sowie die Steuerung komplexer Änderungsanträge bis zur Übergabe in den Betrieb.
  • Zudem wirken Sie an Entwicklungsprojekten mit – perspektivisch auch in stellvertretender Projektleitungsfunktion – und übernehmen Aufgaben im Wissens-, Konfigurations- und Vertriebsmanagement.

Your profile

  • Erfahrung in den SAP - HCM - Kernkomponenten
  • Kenntnisse in der technischen und fachlichen Integration von HCM-Prozessen
  • SAP-HCM-Customizing und dem Einsatz neuer Technologien im Einklang mit der SAP-Strategie
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
