Your Duties
- As VP Industrial Sales Lightning Protection / Surge Protection, you will be responsible for a sales volume in the region of € 100 million p.a. throughout Europe.
- In this challenging management position, you will lead more than 10 sales managers in Germany, France and other European countries.
- Further subordinate employees work in sales support in the individual plants.
Your profile
- Many years of experience in managing international sales teams for B2B sales of lightning protection components - this must be your current role!
- Knowledge of the markets for lightning protection / surge protection, e.g. telecommunications, photovoltaics, wind energy or railroad electrics
- Willingness to travel and business fluent written and spoken English skills are required
