Als IT Support Engineer (SQL) unterstützen Sie Anwender bei der Arbeit mit einem KI-gestützten Expertensystem zur automatischen Verarbeitung kaufmännischer Dokumente.

Your Duties

  • Als IT Support Engineer (SQL) werden Sie in der Bearbeitung und Dokumentation komplexer Supportfälle im 3rd Level Support tätig.
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung auf Client- und Serverebene.
  • Unterstützung bei Softwareinstallationen, Updates und Patch-Management.
  • Analyse von Log-Dateien und Konfigurationsfehlern.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit 2nd-Level-Support, Entwicklung und Produktmanagement.
  • Sorgfältige, nachvollziehbare Dokumentation aller Maßnahmen im Ticketsystem.
  • Priorisierung und strukturiertes Arbeiten auch bei hohem Ticketaufkommen.

Your profile

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT Support
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft SQL Server, idealerweise auch in der Analyse von SQL-Abfragen und Performance-Problemen
  • Ausgeprägte Fehleranalysefähigkeiten auch bei komplexen Systemkonstellationen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
