Embedded Software Architect | Firmware, C, C++, Assembler, ARM Cortex | In-house (mfd)

Our client is a leading hardware manufacturer whose products are known worldwide. It is part of a strong group of companies.

Develop software architecture for firmware in world-renowned electronics products.

Location:

Landshut (Home Office up to 40%)

Type of Contract:

Permanent position at our client; no staff leasing

Your Duties

  • As an embedded software architect, you will be responsible for the conception and design of the control software with a view to the entire platform.
  • You will also be involved in implementation, testing and documentation.
  • You will be involved in the further development of methods and tools for a comprehensive and systematic approach to development, testing, release and maintenance.
  • The design of new functions is just as much a part of your varied range of tasks as the implementation of PoCs.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed MINT studies or other proven experience
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in embedded software architecture
  • Experience as a developer with C, C++, Assembler
  • Know-how with Zephyr and the Cortex ARM processor family
  • In-depth knowledge of driver development, interrupt techniques and security by design
  • Knowledge of test automation and unit testing in embedded environments
  • German language skills and very good English skills
