As Agile Head of IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the operation and availability of the IT infrastructure in the data center and in the cloud as well as customer support.

Your Duties

• As Agile Head of IT Infrastructure, you will manage and be responsible for the areas of IT operations, IT infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), the IT network, the incident response team and customer support.
• You report directly to the CIO and lead the team leaders and their teams, which consist of DevOps Engineers, SREs, Customer Support and Infrastructure and Network Specialists.
• You support agile teams in the business units by providing tools for pipelining in a DevOps approach.
• You support your employees in change processes through coaching and reflection as well as personal and professional development.
• You promote an open feedback and learning culture.
• You look for and find new talent, enable seamless onboarding and build them up.
• You also strengthen the transfer and exchange of knowledge between the teams.

Your profile

• (University degree in a suitable subject, ideally with a Master's or MBA degree
• Many years of professional experience in the field of IT infrastructure
• More than 5 years of proven management experience of more than 30 employees in a multi-level structure, i.e. management of executives. You are a true positive problem solver and lead with clear objectives.
• Experience of working in an agile environment
• ITIL knowledge
