Your Duties

  • Als SAP CS / SAP FSM Inhouse Systembetreuer übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Prozesse rund um die SAP Module für den Customer Service.
  • Sie arbeiten in einer SAP S/4HANA Umgebung.
  • Sie leisten Prozessberatung für alle SAP Service - bezogenen Themen.
  • Ihnen obliegen das Customizing und die Stammdateneinstellungen in SAP S/4HANA Service, FSM und CS.
  • Sie planen und setzen die SAP CPQ - Integration in die SAP Commerce Cloud um.
  • Sie erstellen Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen für Key User, Endanwender und den Support und unterstützen das Tagesgeschäft im 2nd-Level-Support.

Your profile

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich SAP S/4HANA Service Cloud und CS, einschließlich der FSM-Integration
  • Erfahrung in der SAP ABAP Programmierung und dem SAP Solution Manager sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
