Overall project manager ERP | Dynamics 365, medium-sized market leader, in-house (mfd)

As overall ERP project manager, you will be responsible for all internal ERP projects with a focus on production planning and control as well as the rollout to the sales companies.

Your Duties

• As Overall project manager ERP, you will assume responsibility for the integration of a Dynamics 365 system in a production and service company with around ten participating plant locations.
• You will report directly to the management and the CIO of the group.
• You will lead internal project teams and external service providers.
• You identify risks from which you derive and implement measures.
• You will conduct regular project review meetings and coach the (sub-) project managers.
• You coordinate and monitor all project activities and report on project progress to management, project steering committees and division heads.
• The goal is to ensure that the Dynamics 365 implementation is as standard as possible.
• You will prepare regular project status reports, monitor budget, required resources and perform constant project quality control.
• The technical leadership of the interdisciplinary teams in the project and the coordination of internal and external project participants and stakeholders are also part of your tasks.

Your profile

• Completed studies in a suitable field of study
• Proven experience in managing several large and complex IT projects with demanding implementations in the ERP environment (ideally Dynamics 365)
• Several years of project management experience in IT projects, ideally in a large manufacturing company > 2,000 employees
• Confident operating in a European environment as well as experience in setting up complex European project organizations and leading distributed teams
• Good German and English language skills
