Our client is a European system provider in the field of IT and OT security. It offers proactive protection against threats such as viruses, spam, spyware, and phishing. Its products are primarily used by companies with more than 1,000 end points.
As a Pre-Sales Engineer for IT Security Solutions, you will be the primary technical point of contact for discerning customers.

Your Duties
- As an IT Security Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll be the primary technical point of contact for discerning clients.
- You’ll support the sales team in acquiring new clients by presenting solutions, analyzing the client’s environment, and developing integration concepts.
- As part of this role, you’ll also handle technical inquiries and prepare technical proposals.
- In doing so, you’ll collaborate with the client’s technical staff.
- You’ll participate in events such as trade shows focused on IT security.
- You’ll escalate issues to the development department and ensure they’re resolved promptly.
Your profile
- Extensive professional experience in the field of IT security
- Strong knowledge of common IT security solutions, particularly firewalls
- Knowledge of network security
- Strong written and spoken English skills
