As branch manager, you assume overall responsibility for the branch and are the first point of contact for customers and employees.

Your Duties
- As Branch Manager Electrical Engineering Paris - North, you will assume overall responsibility for the branch and be the first point of contact for customers and employees. Your tasks will include
- Operational and strategic management of the site.
- Management and further development of a small team (3-5 employees).
- Responsibility for sales, customer care and business development in the French market.
- Expansion and maintenance of long-term customer relationships.
- Close cooperation with the German head office.
- Management of logistics, warehousing and packaging of standard and spare parts.
- Budget, sales and profit responsibility for the French branch.
- Representing the company to customers, partners and institutions.
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering in a managerial role and in B2B sales
- Strong technical understanding, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, safety technology, industrial components or in a comparable industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
- Confident manner, negotiating skills and strong customer focus
- Willingness to travel within France and occasionally to Germany
- Good knowledge of French and English, knowledge of German is an advantage
