Your Duties
- Als IT-Supporter übernehmen sie - in einem kompetenten Team - die Verantwortung für den Kundensupport für ein Software-Produkt.
- Der Support wird v.a. telefonisch / remote erbracht.
- Sie installieren und konfigurieren die Software und angebundene Geräte (wie z.B. Kartenleser) auf neuer Hardware für Kunden, so dass diese fertig ausgeliefert werden kann.
- Sie helfen bei Anfragen der Kunden zu technischen Problemen.
- Sie spielen Updates / Upgrades ein.
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
- Begeisterung für den Kontakt mit Menschen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
