Als SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Inhouse Consultant analysieren und optimieren Sie die Prozesse in der globalen HR-Landschaft.

Your Duties

  • Als SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant analysieren und optimieren Sie die Prozesse in einer globalen SAP HR Landschaft.
  • Sie verantworten die Analyse und Konzeption der Applikationsarchitektur mit und um das Kernmodul SAP SuccessFactors und HCM / H4S4.
  • Dabei leiten Sie Teilprojekte und setzen technische Lösungen in SAP SF und HCM um.
  • Sie betreuen den gesamten Lifecycle von SAP SF und HCM und sichern Systemstabilität sowie -integration.
  • Des Weiteren werten Sie die System- und Prozessnutzung aus und leiten Verbesserungen ab.
  • Sie arbeiten mit dem Enterprise Architekten an der Applikations-Roadmap.

Your profile

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM / H4S4 sowie den dazu gehörenden Geschäftsprozessen
  • Erfahrungen in (Teil-) Projektleitungen
  • Grundwissen in angrenzenden HR Systemen (z.B. ATOSS) von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
