Your Duties
- As Managing Director Italy of a metal production company with about 100 employees, you will have to advise shareholders on strategic issues and thus shape the future of the company. The company is part of an international group with a German parent company.
- You will develop and implement business plans for profitable growth and market development, monitor key figures, and optimize financial performance.
- He/she will manage the company in the areas of finance, sales, marketing, human resources and production.
- Will ensure compliance with all corporate and legal guidelines, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities and risks.
- He/she will develop lean processes and implement LEAN concepts.
- He/she will lead and develop his/her team with a clear focus on excellence.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar major
- Experience in general and operational management of approximately 100 employees
- Thorough knowledge of production, market mechanisms and business management in the metal processing industry
- Cross-cultural competence and experience in an international business environment
- Commercial fluency in written and spoken Italian and English
