G\u00fcnther Steidl<\/h1>

Insurance broker G\u00fcnther Steidl is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vesterling AG.<\/p>

He has been the owner of the G\u00fcnther Steidl general agency of R+V Versicherung AG in Eichst\u00e4tt since 1996. Here he looks after and advises corporate and private customers in all insurance and pension matters. Among other things, he is a member of the R+V Generalagenten-Gemeinschaft e.V. and the Verein Ehrbare Versicherungskaufleute e.V.<\/p><\/div>

Klaus Tronsberg<\/h2>

Klaus Tronsberg, M. A. (Accounting & Finance), is a member of the supervisory board of Vesterling AG.<\/p>

He was a tax auditor at the Munich tax office for over a decade. Since 1993 he has been a tax consultant and partner in the law firm Tronsberg – Stemmer – Tronsberg GbR. He was also a part-time lecturer in finance at the Herrsching University of Applied Sciences for several years.<\/p>

Klaus Tronsberg is a member of the Munich Chamber of Tax Consultants, the Bavarian Association of Tax Consultants and Auditors and the German Association of Tax Consultants.<\/p><\/div>

Andreas Meyer-Russer<\/h2>

Lt. Col. (ret.) Andreas Meyer-Russer is a member of the supervisory board of Vesterling AG.<\/p>

He was an officer in the German Armed Forces between 1957 and 1986, commander of the Bavaria Barracks in Munich and most recently in the Armed Forces Personnel Office in Cologne, responsible for all reserve officers of the German Army. He can thus draw on extensive leadership experience and has received numerous awards.<\/p>

From 1986 onwards, Andreas Meyer-Russer worked as an independent personnel consultant.<\/p><\/div>
