Completed university degree in a suitable technical field

As Team Leader IC Design, you will be responsible for the administrative and disciplinary management of a team. You will manage employees, conduct appraisal interviews and be responsible for the further development of your team.
\nYou will create test concepts for ICs, develop test circuits and the test software for laboratory and series tests.
\nYou assess the test concepts, test times and the time required to develop test programs and test hardware.
\nYou will carry out measurements on initial and release samples and analyze and document the test results.
\nYou will be involved in product improvements and carry out troubleshooting and fault rectification on products in ongoing production.<\/p>\n
