Martin Vesterling, M. Sc., is the founder and chairman of the executive board of Vesterling. He has been responsible for the fortunes of the company since 1995 and has led the expansion of Vesterling to one of the leading international technology recruiting and HR consulting companies. After graduating in computer sciences at the Technical University of Munich he worked as an IT consultant for a consulting firm for 5 years and later as head of software product development for a software company.
Martin Vesterling relies on an extensive network of business associations (Die Familienunternehmer, Junior Chamber Germany, Lions Club founding president of LC Ammersee, Junior Chamber International (JCI Senator 71891), Kaufmanns-Casino Munich).
Georg Ruëff, M. Sc., joined Vesterling in 2006 as CEO and manager executive search of the business unit IT. Since 2016 he is member of the executive board of Vesterling. He holds a master’s degree in computer sciences from the Technical University Munich. Georg Ruëff has been working in the field of IT since 1985, in various positions such as software developer, (multi) project manager, business unit manager, product manager and CTO. He is head of the recruiting department for information technology. With his long-standing expertise in technology recruiting, he provides customers as well with support for company succession and interim management.
Pierre Muckly is CEO of Vesterling AG in Zurich (Switzerland) since 2015. He studied business administration at the University of Strasbourg. He was member of the executive board of Canon France as well as Chairman and CEO of Canon (Schweiz) AG. Pierre Muckly is vice president and financial director of the ICT association SWICO, President of DUN (parent organization copyright law Switzerland), member of the executive board of the association WinLink (ICT Promotion) and member of Lilienbergrat.
