Task:


A globally renowned german software firm with branches in the EU, the US and Asia was looking for a new CTO. The tasks included: leading 60 employees in Germany, coordinating subsidiary companies abroad and shifting several development tasks abroad. An experienced executive with the appropriate background had to be found.

Result:


Two months later a candidate we had recommended to the company signed his employment contract with our client. His annual salary was € 160.000.
