A solution provider for complex and secure IT infrastructure solutions with branches in Germany and abroad was looking for a new manager to be responsible for a turnover of about € 10 million p. a. The new manager would be responsible for 40 employees in three departments and be in charge of expanding client relations. Another major task would be to set up a new branch in northern Germany. Our client was looking for a candidate with a Master’s in computer science or business administration who had worked with IT service providers before and had experience both in a sales and a management position.


Two months later a candidate we had recommended to the company signed his employment contract with our client. His annual salary was € 160.000.
