Sie sind für den IT-Support für die Mitarbeiter bei einem international tätigen Hersteller von Haushaltswaren verantwortlich.

Stuttgart (Home Office up to 20%)

Type of Contract:

Permanent position at our client; no staff leasing

Your Duties

  • Als IT Supporter betreuen Sie Mitarbeiter eines bekannten weltweit tätigen Herstellers von Haushaltswaren. Die Mitarbeiter sind in Deutschland, aber auch im europäischen Ausland und sprechen teils Deutsch, teils Englisch.
  • Sie bearbeiten die Anfragen der Mitarbeiter zu allen IT-Problemstellungen.
  • Sie übernehmen die Verwaltung, Installation und Konfiguration der Endgeräte, z.B. Drucker, Tablets, Notebooks u.a. mit MDM / MS Intune
  • Sie sind für die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern verantwortlich.

Your profile

  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support
  • Gute querschnittliche Kenntnisse in MS Windows Clients, MS Office365, MS Active Directory und Netzwerktechnologien sowie im Support für Endgeräte
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
