Your Duties
- Als Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors verantworten Sie die Einführung von SAP SuccessFactors für zukunftsorientierte Personalprozesse.
- Sie beraten Kunden hinsichtlich Best-Practice-basierter HR-Lösungen und gehen dabei auf kundenindividuelle Bedürfnisse ein.
- Dabei begleiten Sie die Kunden durch den gesamten Projektzyklus von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Implementierung von digitalen HR-Lösungen.
- Außerdem nehmen Sie Konfigurationen und Anpassungen vor.
- Sie führen eigenverantwortlich Workshops und Schulungen bei Kunden vor Ort durch.
Your profile
- Mindestens erste Berufserfahrung in der Beratung in SAP SuccessFactors
- Associate Certification für mindestens ein SuccessFactors Modul, vorzugsweise Time Management, Employee Central oder People Analytics
- Beratungstauglichkeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
