Your Duties
- As SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant you will support the design and optimization of processes in the area of human resources.
- You are responsible for the implementation, support and further development of the existing SAP SuccessFactors application, including integration with other applications.
- In doing so, you will manage the collaboration with external and internal team members.
- Furthermore, you will lead the system monitoring and implementation of optimization measures.
- You will create documentation and training material for key users, end users and 1st level support.
- Remotely, you will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations as part of 2nd level support.
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Ideally you already have experience in an international corporate environment
- Good knowledge of English is required, knowledge of French is an advantage
