Your Duties
- Als Scrum Master übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:
- Sie sind das agile Gewissen für ein oder mehrere Entwicklungsteams.
- Sie unterstützen die Teams bei der Organisation und Planung ihrer Arbeit.
- Sie arbeiten dabei pragmatisch und nicht dogmatisch in den Teams und entwicken diese entsprechend weiter.
- Die Arbeit kann bis zu 100% aus dem Homeoffice heraus geleistet werden.
Your profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium einer geeigneten Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Scrum-Master in agilen Teams und idealerweise als agiler Coach
- Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse agiler Methoden und Praktiken
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Sozialkompetenz
- Gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
