Verantwortliche Steuerung und Betreuung aller IT-Services in einem Rechenzentrum.

Your Duties

  • Als Experte IT-Infrastruktur und Rechenzentrum / DCIM sind Sie mit der Betreuung und dem weiteren Ausbau der zentralen Infrastruktur (RZ) für ein mittelständisches Unternehmen verantwortlich.
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner rund um das Datacenter und die dort erbrachten Services.
  • Sie steuern einen IT-Provider, der einen Großteil dieser Services erbringt.
  • Bei einigen dieser Services übernehmen Sie selbst die Verantwortung und entwickeln die weitere Ausgestaltung der Services weiter.
  • Sie sorgen für optimale Betriebsabläufe und arbeiten mit anderen IT-Teams zusammen.
  • Ein transparentes Service Management, aktive Kommunikation, Beratung und die Leitung von Projekten sind für Sie Alltag.

Your profile

  • Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbar geeignete IT-Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen IT-Umfeld oder im IT-Service Management.
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen MS Windows, Azure Cloud, Netzwerk, Verzeichnisdienste, SIP (VoIP) Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung im IT-Service- und Projekt-Management
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
