Your Duties

  • Entwicklung, Customizing, Pflege der SAP Module (SD & CRM)
  • Anwendungsbetreuung und -beratung für SAP CRM einschließlich Fehleranalyse und Fehlerbeseitigung (Second Level Support)
  • Anwendungsentwicklung (Third Level Support)
  • Eigenverantwortliches Durchführen und Leiten von IT-Projekten und Vorhaben von der
  • Konzeption bis zur Produktivsetzung
  • Mitgestaltung und Unterstützung an Zukunftsthemen (Digitalisierung 4.0, S/4 Hana-Migration)
  • Erarbeitung von Prozessverbesserungen

Your profile

  • Master in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit fundierten Kenntnissen in stellenrelevanten Aufgaben
  • Alternativ: Bachelor in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik und fundierte Kenntnisse in stellenrelevanten Aufgaben oder nachweisbare vergleichbare Kenntnisse (durch Fähigkeiten oder Erfahrungen) zur Ausübung gleichwertiger Tätigkeiten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Customizing
  • Praktische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP CRM 7.0 (optimal EhP4) und SAP SD oder in SAP Logistik
  • Programmierkenntnisse in SAP SD
  • Kenntnisse in Geschäftsprozessmodellierung mit BPMN sowie Kenntnisse zu ITIL und der DSGVO
  • Programmierkenntnisse in SAP CRM inkl. Badl - Implementierungen
  • Gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
